Isabelle opened her eyes. It felt as if she had slept for an eternity. All around her it was darker than night. No light as far as the eye could see.
"Where am I? What just happened?", she thought. A figure appeared in front of her. A woman with dark, almost gray, skin, wearing a purple dress and a large hat. Around her right eye there was a white mark in the form of a star. Her dark hair was dirty and tangled and her eyes were brimming with fear and loneliness.
